 What is QExA?
Effective February 1, 2009, individuals with disabilities and those over the age of 65 who are receiving Medicaid services will now receive those services through a managed care health plan.

Q: I haven't received anything from my plan yet.  What should I be getting? 
A: Upon enrolling with a health plan - you should receive the following:
  • Member Identification Card
  • Provider Listing
  • Member Handbook

A: Please call the QExA HelpLine at 1-866-928-1959 (TTY 1-877-247-6272).  You have until May 1, 2009 to change your plan.
